SportsInQ processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Our website and/or services are not intended to collect data from visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of visitors. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

SportsInQ processes your personal data for the following purposes:

SportsInQ does not make decisions with significant personal impact based solely on automated processing. This refers to decisions made by computer systems or software without human involvement (such as an employee of SportsInQ).

 

How Long We Retain Personal Data

SportsInQ retains personal data for the duration of the contract and the execution of the agreed-upon services. After the contract has ended or the services have been completed, data is archived to meet the legal administrative requirements of the Dutch Tax Authority (a maximum retention period of 5 years). The retention of any additional personal data is actively limited and, in the most exceptional cases, does not exceed 2 years.

 

Sharing Personal Data With Third Parties

SportsInQ shares your personal data with third parties when necessary for executing the agreement and/or to comply with legal obligations. This includes various social media platforms, email newsletter services, and cloud-based administrative tools.

With any third parties that process personal data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement to ensure an appropriate level of security and confidentiality. SportsInQ chooses reputable partners with proven track records over the years.

SportsInQ does not share your personal data with other third parties without your explicit consent.

To ensure that the request is made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy.

We will respond as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
