Cases
We have worked – and continue to work – for leading corporate, educational and sports organizations. Here are a few examples of what we’ve done.
Case 1 | Google cloud

what

A client engagement program built around the themes of digital transformation and future Olympic Games.
PURPOSE
Develop an inspiring engagement program for our top clients through integrating digital transformation for the Olympic Games.
APPROACH
We developed the Olympic Pentathlon series: over a period of eight months we organized five roundtable sessions in the early morning, attended by clients, IT experts and sports professionals. During each session, a top expert introduced a specific theme, followed by discussions and breakout sessions.
Result
We created a unique environment where Google and their clients could meet and engage in a highly interactive inspiring manner, resulting in even stronger partnerships. In addition, we produced a unique manifesto with key basic principles for future Olympic Games.
Case 2 | Fundis

what

A Japan field trip researching the future of elderly care.
PURPOSE
Build a high-end knowledge expedition to Japan to learn from future trends in the fields of smart healthcare, a super-aging society, and life sciences for the benefit of employees and key stakeholders.
APPROACH
We identified four key knowledge areas. Each area was assigned to a subgroup, that then did desk research on finding the appropriate potential Japanese companies, universities and speakers. This resulted in a long list of possible places to visit. Halfway through the trip, we planned a short pre-visit with key executives to meet relevant people and institutions to establish a meaningful relationship.
Result
We created a unique, balanced program in Japan that inspired the Fundis staff, their key stakeholders, and Japanese counterparts to radically re-think how they want to challenge future trends and changes.
